How Do I Invite Businesses to Join Alignable?

Connecting your existing contacts to Alignable is one of the fastest ways to build your network. The people you already know are the most likely to refer you to others — and when they join from your invitation, they are automatically prompted to recommend your business.

Bring Your Existing Network into Alignable

Use this method to import your address book or CRM and find out who you already know on Alignable.

1. Go to your My Network page.
2. Click Contacts from the top navigation menu.
3. Type in the email address you'd like to connect contacts from and click Find Connections.
4. You'll be presented with a list of contacts not yet on Alignable that you can invite to join.

Invite Individual Businesses by Email

Use this method to invite specific businesses one at a time.

1. Go to the Invite by Email page and click the Email tab.
2. Type in the email address of the person you'd like to invite.
3. To invite more than one person, click + Add Another to add another field.
4. Click Send Invites.

Next Steps After Adding Contacts

Once you've added contacts using either method above, here's what to do:

• If a contact has a Connect button next to their name, they're already on Alignable. Click Connect to send them a connection request.
• If a contact has an Invite button, they're not yet on Alignable. Click Invite to send them an invitation to join.
• To invite everyone at once, click the green Add All button at the top of your contacts list.

Any business that joins from your invitation will be automatically connected to you and prompted to recommend your business. Learn more about collecting recommendations.
