How Do I Change the Face of the Business on Alignable?

The Face of the Business is the primary person representing your company on Alignable. Their name and photo appear first on your business profile. By default, this is whoever created the account. All team members can still message and network on Alignable under their own names regardless of who holds this role.

When to Update the Face of the Business

You should update the Face of the Business if:

• Someone leaves the company and a team member is taking over the account
• A team member moves into a different role and is no longer the primary contact
• A new team member has been added as the primary contact for the business

Any team member can be set as the Face of the Business, but only the current Face of the Business can make this change.

How to Change the Face of the Business

1. Go to your business profile and find the Our Team section on the right-hand side.
2. Click Edit User on the team member you want to set as the new Face of the Business.
3. Check the Use as the face of the business box.
4. Click Update User.
