How Do I Report Inappropriate Content or Messages on Alignable?

If you've encountered a business on Alignable posting or sending content that is offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate, please report it. Alignable does not tolerate hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or any material that violates our Code of Conduct.

What Counts as Inappropriate Content or Messages?

  • Offensive language: Content or messages that are offensive in topic or tone.
  • Pornographic or sexual content: Any explicit or sexually suggestive material.
  • Content promoting terrorism: Any material that promotes, glorifies, or incites acts of terrorism.
  • Violent, shocking, or gruesome content: Images or descriptions intended to disturb or harm.
  • Hate speech: Racist, homophobic, or sexist slurs, or content that incites violence against any group.
  • Harassment or threatening speech: Messages or content that target, intimidate, or threaten another member.

What You'll Need to Submit a Report

  • The business name of the member you're reporting
  • Their profile URL (format: alignable.com/biz/city-state/business-name)
  • Their location (city, state or province, and country)
  • Proof of content of messaging (screenshots are fine)

You'll also be asked to provide some basic information about your own business. This will not be shared with the reported member — it's only used to locate your Alignable account and understand any interactions you may have had with them.
