Weekly Submission Deadline
Submit or finalize your sponsorship ad by 3:00 PM Eastern on Friday. The Weekly Playbook goes out every Sunday, so Friday at 3 PM is the cutoff for that week's edition.
What Happens If You Miss the Deadline?
Any edits made after Friday at 3 PM Eastern will appear in the following week's Playbook — not the current one. Your updated ad will, however, be reflected immediately on your community page and home page placements.
Billing and Cancellation Deadline
Once your billing cycle renews, immediate cancellations and refunds are not available. Make sure your sponsorship details — including any cancellations — are finalized before your renewal date.
How to Preview Your Sponsorship Ad
- Log into your Alignable account.
- Navigate to your sponsorship dashboard.
- Select your active community sponsorship to see how it appears to other business owners.
Pro tip: Refresh your ad at least every 2 to 3 weeks for maximum reach and engagement.
