Keeping track of your Alignable payments matters for a few reasons. As a business owner, your membership and advertising costs are typically deductible business expenses — but only if you have documentation to back them up. Having easy access to your receipts means you're ready at tax time without scrambling to reconstruct what you paid and when. It also helps you verify that charges are accurate, share documentation with your bookkeeper or accountant, and track what you're spending on your Alignable account over time.
Alignable keeps a record of every payment you've made. Where you access that history depends on your account type: use the path below that matches yours.
Paid Memberships:
Alignable Membership, Premium Membership, or Premium+ Membership
- Log into your Alignable Account.
- Go to your business profile by clicking on the My Business (▼) dropdown on the top-right section of the site
- Click Account.
- Click My Membership on the Top Navigation Menu
- At the bottom of the page click Payment History under Payment Information
- Click “View Receipt”
Free Guests:
If you are on our free, guest plan but have purchased a subscription in the past, you still have access to those receipts. Guests must click below while signed into their Alignable account to access payment history.
- Log into your Alignable Account.
- Navigate to https://www.alignable.com/biz/memberships/charges
Community Sponsors:
Alignable Advertising
- Log into your Alignable Account.
- Click on the My Business (▼) dropdown on the top-right section of the site
- Click to the Advertise page
- Scroll down to Billing and Payments
- Click View Payment History
- Choose which transaction you would like to view and click View Receipt
Paid Group Memberships:
If you are a member of a paid Alignable Group, you have access to all of your receipts. A paid group member must click below while signed into their Alignable account to access payment history.
