How can I report a spam or inappropriate message?

If you receive an inappropriate message on Alignable you should always report it. Any message you receive that is inappropriate, harassment, abusive, spam, or just doesn't feel right to you should be reported to the Alignable Trust & Safety Team. This is easily done by flagging the message. 


Step by Step Instructions:

1. Open the message you would like to report

2. Click the 3 dots (...) to the right hand side of the message box

3. A drop down menu will appear

4. Select Flag as Spam or Flag as Inappropriate depending on the offence

 

Separately, you should disconnect from the user so that they will not be able to send you any new messages. To see how to disconnect from a business, see here: How do I remove a connection?
