What are Premium Communities?
Premium Communities on Alignable allow Premium Regional or National members to add your additional communities beyond their home Alignable community that is assigned to them when they create their account. When you add Premium communities, your business can now connect and be seen by businesses in those communities, allowing you to expand your network beyond your local area.
By becoming part of more communities, you will be able to introduce yourself to and get your posts seen by members of those communities. You are able to add up to 5 premium communities from the nearest 25 communities to your home community. You do not need to include your home community in your list of 5 premium communities.

How to add my 5 Premium Communities?
If you are already Premium and would like to select which communities you would like to add to your account, you can do so by following these steps:

Go to your business profile by clicking on the My Business dropdown on the top-right section of the site. In the dropdown, click on the My Membership to access your premium membership settings page.

Once there, if you haven’t already added your Premium Communities, you should see a banner at the top of the page where you can click on Pick Yours!

On the next page, you will see a list of 25 communities you can select from. Toggle from the ones you want to include your business in. Keep in mind that you can currently only add five communities out of any of the closest 25 communities to your business.

Once you’ve selected your 5 premium communities and click Finish, any post you create from the home feed such as products, services, job posts, networking events, or general posts will be seen by businesses in those additional communities.
Can I edit my premium communities?
While premium communities can be edited or changed, unfortunately at this time the only way to do so is by reaching out to our support team. Please make sure to share with them which communities you would like to change your 5 to.
