How to Request a New Group:

  1. Ensure you are either a Premium or Premium + Member. This is essential to proceed with the group leader application process. 
    Please note: Guest users of Alignable or those with a Basic Alignable Membership Subscription will need to upgrade to a membership level of Premium or Premium + in order to create a new group. Upgrading membership plans does not guarantee approval.
  2. Complete the Group Leader Application accurately and completely. This application is to create a new group, as well as becoming the leader of an existing group.
  3. Once submitted, please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
  4. You will receive an email regarding your application's status from the Group Leader Team.
  5. After approval, you'll undergo training to become an effective group leader and e-sign the leader agreement forms before your group officially goes live.
