How do I update or change my billing information?

Please note the following:

This article is intended only for paying members.

To update or change your billing information, follow the following steps:

1) Login to Alignable.com on your computer (not the mobile app) and select the "My Membership" option from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen:

2) Click "Payment Method" on the bottom of your Membership Page:

3) Once you select the "Payment Method" option, you'll be prompted to confirm your password to make any changes:

4) Input your new payment information and select the "Update Card" button:
