If another local business recommends you, you have the option to accept or ignore the recommendation.

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Log in to your Alignable account 

2. Clicking into  "My Business Profile" in the top right of your screen or the left hand menu

3. Click "Recommendations" tab at the top

4. Click on "Pending Recommendations" tab if you are not already sent there

5. Find the recommendation you want to respond to 

6. Click the "accept"  or "ignore" button at the right of the recommendation 

Note: if you ignore a recommendation, you cannot recover a recommendation, you may ask the person recommending you to write a new recommendation for you.
