The Vendor Marketplace provides an area to inquire about services without having to use a connection request. Unfortunately, there may be a time when you receive an inquiry through the Marketplace that is not relevant. This could be inappropriate, spam, scam, abuse, harassment or other. We highly encourage you to report these messages to keep Alignable safe for our users.
If you receive an invalid inquiry, simply flag the message as spam.
- Go to the messages tab
- Open the message you'd like to report
- Click the three dots in the message thread
- Select the flag option
- This will send a report with the message to our Trust & Safety team
