Once listed on the Solutions Marketplace, members can inquire about your services without sending you a connection request first. Unfortunately, this may mean that you’ll receive inquiries that are not relevant.
These messages could be inappropriate, spam, scam, abuse, harassment or other. We highly encourage you to report these messages to keep Alignable safe for our users.
If you receive an invalid inquiry, simply flag the message as spam.
- Go to the messages tab
- Open the message you'd like to report
- Click the three dots in the message thread
- Select the flag option
- This will send a report with the message to our Trust & Safety team
