We are so sorry for the confusion.
First off, let me put your mind at ease, your account is in no way mixed with another. During onboarding, we check your business name and address across the worlds largest Small Business Database. If there is a match to a business Facebook, we'll import the logo, profile picture, banner, and description from that business account. Although this process is 99.6% accurate, occasionally there can be a mismatch.
But not to worry, every part of your profile, including your profile picture, is fully editable. For tips and tutorials on how to edit all the parts of your profile head here.
