Why Is There a Picture of Someone Else on My Profile?

Sorry for any confusion!

To put your mind at ease, your account is in no way mixed with another. This mix-up is a possible consequence of the Alignable onboarding process.

The Why:

During onboarding, Alignable matches your business name and address across the worlds largest Small Business Database. If there is a match to a business Facebook, Alignable will import the logo, profile picture, banner, and description from that business account to your Alignable profile.


This is done to assist in the creation of your profile and get you rolling on the path to referrals sooner!
Although this process is 99.6% accurate, occasionally there can be a mismatch.


A mismatch can occur if your business has multiple employees or if your business's Facebook is run separately. Your picture may not have been on the account.

The Fix:

Not to worry, every part of your profile, including your profile picture, is fully editable! It's simple to replace that picture with one of yours.
