Previously, in order to update your Alignable profile's URL or permalink, it was required for you to contact your community manager to change it for you. To make the process easier, we have made it so that if you change or update the business name on your profile, then your profile's permalink will automatically update. If for some reason your profile URL is not updating automatically, simply complete this form and our support team can have it updated in no time. Profile URLs can only be updated to reflect the business name reflected on your profile. Custom URLs cannot be requested.
