Previously, in order to update your Alignable profile's URL, it was required for you to contact your community manager to change it for you. To make the process easier, we have made it so if you change or update your business name on your account, then your profile's URL will automatically update.
For those that changed their business name prior to the month of July 2019, and continue to have a different URL than the one listed on their profile, you can update it by updating your business name once again. If you continue to have issues changing your business, name, contact your community manager, and we can have it changed to your business name for you.
